Who Am I? What Do I Do?

I have been a gypsy for the last 30 years but am now living in Penarth, firmly grounded thanks to my incredibly loving Welsh boyfriend!!!

About 10 years ago, I wanted to be TRUE and AUTHENTIC and live my life according to my own beliefs and values so, I started to connect with my heart and gradually trust Him, as I realized that He instinctively knows what is best for me! Consequently I left a stressful, unfulfilling teaching career, started meditating and developed an interest in holistic therapies, and particularly Indian Head Massage.

My aim is to create a peaceful space in which you can let go of stress, tensions, demands and obligations! Feel your body “melting”, allow yourself to sink deeply into this blissful moment! You will leave incredibly relaxed, with a warm, soft heart!

My own personal journey is inspiring me to help people BE, enjoy the stillness and drop doing, so that they can connect with their hearts and eventually live a more satisfying life too! Therefore, I am currently exploring training in meditation, relaxation therapy and stress management; am also looking into becoming a “Heal your life” teacher.
