Who Am I? What Do I Do?

I got into my therapies through seeking a more relaxed and spiritual way of life. I used to get stressed and  things would get on top of me and I decided about 13 years ago now to change my life...well actually life gave me a BIG PUSH IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

 I initially was attuned to  reiki through a coincidental meeting at an Osho meditation group . I trained initially in the Usui Reiki lineage then in the Tera Mai seichem reiki lineage . In this lineage you use colour and are attuned to the air, water and fire elements as well as the reiki earth element.  There are the five reiki principles which are based on being aware of your thoughts and emotions, you receive various attunements which open your chakras to help release blocked emotion and open you to new ways of being. You also connect to your guides, the reiki guides and the angelic kingdom and ascended masters. You learn to give reiki to yourself and others and become a reiki practioner and can train to be a reiki teacher in your own right.

The Indian head massage is a wonderfully relaxing therapy of the head, neck, shoulders, arms and face. I use reiki with it, it’s just fab!

I also use Crystal skulls with my work, these act to bring in spiritual light and enhance my work.

I work with the power of sound too, I chant on the chakras and in the aura to release blocks and I use chanting in my workshops, I find it to be so powerful.

I have been working with reiki and Indian head massage over 10 years now and have HAD MANY THERAPY CLIENTS AND STUDENTS IN THAT TIME.
I have worked in London, Penzance and near Ystrad Mynach from therapy centres and from home.

I walk my talk, I endeavour to live a life based on love and compassion and enact the reiki principles.  I live a life with passion and joy.  I love my life.

My philosophy is that I care deeply about the people who choose to connect to me.  I endeavour to work with compassion, love, integrity and joy. If your heart feels drawn to connect then I will create a space of healing and transformation for you. Namaste x
