Who Am I? What Do I Do?
I have always been interested in how the body works which led me to a long career in the fitness industry, after i studying sport science at college. Whilst there we would often work with sports massage therapists and I decided that it would also be an interesting course to study. After several years of working i still had not got around to studying massage, that changed in 2008 when i finally decided to go for it.
I loved the course even more than i expected and decided to change careers to be a full time massage therapist in 2009. Since then i have continued to gain more knowledge in other areas of complementary therapies – studying at UWIC part time.
My main focus now is using aromatherapy in a clinical way to enhance my other treatments. I have a strong emphasis on fitness, overall health and wellness in all of my treatment plans.
