Treatments                  £35      booking time 1 ¼ hours
Initial consultation      free      allow an additional 30-45 mins

Who Am I? What Do I Do?

My background is firmly embedded in healthcare and holistic health. I trained as a psychiatric nurse, qualifying in 1986. Psychiatry introduced me to many useful therapies including NLP, counselling, anxiety management, family therapy and psychotherapy. Alongside these I am a mother of 4 and combined my career with an organic smallholding living the “good-life”. 

My passion for holistic and Complementary therapies has always featured in my life.  I grew organic herbs and used them both for their medicinal and culinary properties.  A muscular injury resulted in my leaving work to concentrate on my family and also led to my discovery of the diploma in holistic therapies which I completed in 2007. 

I have worked in various areas since qualifying and completed several courses. I am currently completing my 1st year of a Bsc (hons) degree in Complementary therapies at University Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) and setting up my own studio called the Holistic Studio.  

My passion for complementary therapies is still as strong as ever and it continues to grow. As a former healthcare professional my standards are very high.  I want to deliver the best care, resulting from the best training and work in the best clinic available which is why I have just joined ACT.  I hope that you will come along and enjoy a treatment, whether it is for relaxation or for relief of a condition you are suffering from I guarantee you will not be disappointed
