Who am I? What do I do?
I spent three years at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff where I obtained my degree in Psychology. Following this I studied with Chrysalis to obtain a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills. I offer hypnotherapy for a wide variety of issues ranging from weight loss and smoking cessation to overcoming phobias. I am currently studying for an advanced diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
